Since fall semester of 2023 Linnea Landström is studying Bachelor in Choral Conducting at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. The program is focused on advanced choral music with regular projects with professional singers and ensembles. The repertoire consists of everything from the renaissance to contemporary Swedish music.  Linnea Landström is co-conductor along with Anna Wikblom for the treble choir Voxette in Örebro, and she is in the beginning of creating her own ensemble of treble voices, based in Stockholm.

The Loving One - Choral piece in four movements for SATB and Mezzosoprano

Den älskande (The Loving One) is a poem by the Finnish/Swedish poet Solveig von Schoults (1908-1996). It's divided in two parts, and Linnea Landström has made it into four movements, everyone with a special character. It has been altered since it was written and the final version was completed in 2022. The singers in the video was put together for the occasion: Elin Oskarsson, Linnéa Gunnarsson, Maria Engström, Siri Marklund, Linnea Lindström, Åsa Lundberg Bosk, Victor Berrio García, Niklas Lindström, Gabriel Hällqvist, Markus Sandberg. Soloist is Julia Sigblad, conductor and composer is Linnea Landström.  

Olaus Petri Vocalis

Aside from the conducting Linnea Landström is second soprano in the high quality ensemble Olaus Petri Vocalis, based in Örebro. Conductor is Mats Bertilsson and the choir is exclusively doing sacral church music at advanced level. Once or twice a year they collaborate with Drottningsholms Baroque Ensemble, singing Bach canatatas. Vocalis have been performing in St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey in London, Washington National Cathedral, St Bartholomew's Church in New York and Hallgrímskirkja in Reykjavík. They have recorded two albums available on Spotify.
